Alicia Bolton is the President & CEO of OutsourceHR. She has a unique and creative approach to everyday people, cultural and workplace challenges that exist in any business. Her talent lies in aligning the workforce with the intended vision and core values of the organization while achieving people and cultural outcomes as defined by the client, specifically its executives and shareholders. She presents unique and "tailored-to-your-business" HR best practices that drive business results and improve your overall bottom line.
Alicia truly believes that Human Resources has the ability to transform a business from the inside, improving the overall liability of the employer as well as the morale, well-being and commitment of its team. Alicia has built or helped rebuild in house and/or virtual Human Resources departments for many organizations that she has worked with. Her client portfolio represents start-ups to some of the largest, most progressive and fastest growing companies in the country. She has experience working with clients in Tech, Agriculture, Legal and Professional Services, First Nations Communities, Health Care, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, Recreation, Government, Education, Communications, Banking, Insurance, Transportation, Cannabis, Retail, Not for Profit, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Construction representing a variety of cultural, small to large business, union/non-union, local and global environments.

Alicia holds her CPHR (Certified Professional in Human Resources) through the CPHR BC & Yukon in Canada, her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) through the HRCI Institute and her SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resources Management - Senior Certified Professional) both in the USA, her Chartered MCIDP through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK (SW London) and finally her CPM (Certified Payroll Manager) through the CPA in Canada.

Alicia has also contributed 20 years' of volunteering experience to her local communities including 3 years sitting on the board at the Human Resources Association of Calgary, Alberta.
Cielene Wood B.A. RPR

Cielene is a CPHR candidate with the CPHR BC & Yukon. She graduated from Camosun College in the Business Administration Post Degree Diploma program for Human Resource Management and Leadership. Cielene made the Dean’s Honor Roll with a 9.0 GPA. She also graduated in the top 20% of her class from the University of Victoria with a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Psychology. Cielene was recently awarded the 2022 Brian McWha Memorial Award for achieving the highest GPA in any School of Business program. Cie also recently received her accreditation through the Institute of Professional Management - IPM as a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR).
Cielene has always been passionate about helping people. She demonstrates this through her customers first mentality and her ability to maintain quality relationships with our clients in order to achieve high quality results. She has a strong desire to create and maintain a healthy work environment where everyone feels valued in their position and strongly connected to their work.
Outside of work, Cielene loves being active outdoors. She is an avid runner and enjoys participating in local half marathons on Vancouver Island. She also loves hiking, attending spin classes, and playing soccer. She has a strong focus in promoting mental health within organizations. Her goal is to be able to bring to life her passion for helping people succeed within their own roles and thrive within an organization that supports them.
